Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within New Zealand only.
All orders are dispatched via Eship courier with tracking.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all domestic orders — no minimum spend required.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days once dispatched, depending on your location. Rural addresses may experience slightly longer transit times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect information.

No Pickups

As a studio-based fragrance house, we do not offer pickup or local collection options.

Delivery Responsibility

Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
O Te Rā Limited is not responsible for:

Parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Parcels signed for by someone else at your delivery address
